Very Good

The room was lovely. Perfect for what we needed. The food tasted great. The all inclusive package was worth it if your spending the day at the resort and I loved how you could choose how many days of all inclusive you want. All round we thoroughly enjoy ourselves.

The consistency of the cocktails was not great. Sometimes the cocktails had great flavour and sometimes they tasted very watery. The showers warm water couldn't last 2 people showering(we even tried to have quick showers). The water also didn't get very hot, was just warm.

Memorable Trip to the Island of God

Bali It was a wonderful experience staying with Bali Tropic Resort and Spa , Nusa Dua. The location and the ambience of the resort is amazing. It’s an eco friendly resort which purifies your health and spirit all the time. The lavish buffet in Soka, Indonesian food in Cempaka and seafoods in Ratna restaurant maintain an international standard. The picturesque Sunrise and Sunset will take you to the another world every day. The attendant in pool bar is always excellent at his job. Staff members are very supportive, helpful and very polite in their behaviour. Here I specially want to mention one name Mr. Sukarta who assisted us right from the very beginning when we planned the trip and helped us to execute our dream holiday so nicely that it really becomes a memorable trip for us on our 37th marriage anniversary. Thank you so much Bali Tropic Resort and Spa.

The resort is great. Awesome pool and delicious food. The resort’s employees are very customer oriented and always happy to help.

The beach and water could use some improvements. If you want to swim, you need to go further down, as there are lots of algae and rocks.

Ok stay, on the beach and close to airport

The rooms are a really big size and there are lots of facilities on site. The breakfast is a buffet with a wide variety of food options.

I think the beach could be cleaner, I can see that it's difficult because of the seaweed but there was also trash. The rooms themselves are quite old and need to be updated. There also isn't a lot of privacy separating the room from the toilet and bathroom facilities. When I looked outside of the window there was bat poop in some parts of the walls. If you left the property you would be bumped out of the WIFI when you came back but the WIFI was good quality.

Very enjoyable and lovely if you want to get away from the buzz of scooters and vendors.

Lots of space in bedroom & beautiful hotel gardens etc, great buffet breakfast, good food, not too many people, nice and quiet.Lovely location.

No plug access for charging devices next to the bed, only one in the room that we could actually charge from. No charging spot on a table for the kettle (had to use the floor). Hairdryer was one of the really old fashioned slow ones and did not work. Wifi was bad, had to re boot continuously & couldn’t open most pictures on social media, did not work at all when spending time on sun beds nearer the beach. US $50 fee for lost key (old fashion system), should be new style cards where each person in room has their own key and not just one to share which is a nuisance.

Nice getaway

Room was very big. Loved it was right on the beach and the resort wasn’t overly big.

Rooms needs an upgrade it’s very old and dark. Food needs to be changed for breakfast there wasn’t much options.

Very enjoyable and relaxing stay

Great choice for breakfast. Lovely view of beach from pool, bar and breakfast restuarant. Beach was clean and there were water activities for hire. Plenty of room around pool, easy to get a chair. Lovely tropical gardens throughout hotel.

Balcony looked into a neighbouring building, so no view.

What a treat! Room was exceptional, service lovely, grounds memorable, location picturesque

The buildings themselves were old Bali architecture, ceilings, who looks at ceilings, but here they were art in the rooms. Large room, yes we did have a suite for a little bit more but oh so worth the extra. The beachfront walk in the morning and at night was not only picturesque, but the vibe was fantastic. We will return for sure. Special acknowledgement of Rena who was so lovely, looked after us as if we were old longtime friends. Some have stated in other posts that the wifi was not very good…well they must have fixed it as ours was exceptional.

Highly recommend! We'll be back!

From the moment we arrived I was impressed with the resort. The staff were beyond lovely. The grounds were immaculate and so very beautiful. The rooms were clean and quiet and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast changed slightly every morning and we all went back for second and third helpings. We loved our time at Bali Tropic and we will absolutely be back.

The gym equipment was not in good order. It could do with a bit of a face lift and some new exercise equipment.
