Very enjoyable and lovely if you want to get away from the buzz of scooters and vendors.

Lots of space in bedroom & beautiful hotel gardens etc, great buffet breakfast, good food, not too many people, nice and quiet.Lovely location.

No plug access for charging devices next to the bed, only one in the room that we could actually charge from. No charging spot on a table for the kettle (had to use the floor). Hairdryer was one of the really old fashioned slow ones and did not work. Wifi was bad, had to re boot continuously & couldn’t open most pictures on social media, did not work at all when spending time on sun beds nearer the beach. US $50 fee for lost key (old fashion system), should be new style cards where each person in room has their own key and not just one to share which is a nuisance.

The resort is great. Awesome pool and delicious food. The resort’s employees are very customer oriented and always happy to help.

The beach and water could use some improvements. If you want to swim, you need to go further down, as there are lots of algae and rocks.

Nice resort

We had a very good time at Bali Tropic. All the staff is friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic, in a beautiful Balinese style, the main reason we choose this place. Nice swim pool too! Compare to other resorts in the area the prices for food are very good.

The only downside was the music in the restaurant area.

I think there are better options in the area.

The pool bar is great and we enjoyed playing pool outside. The breakfast and dinner buffet is also good with lots of variety.

The first night they put us in the worst room next to the road that smelled like sewage and was clearly outdated and it had a strange layout. There was a coffee station in the bathroom. When we asked to switch rooms we were told that they are fully booked. They switched us the next morning to another room, but the first impression was already disappointing.

Excellent place, nice location, excellent staff! Thank you for finding solution for situation!

In general, it is one of the best hotels on Bali. It worths every day of staying there: the location, the beach, facilities are exceptionally great. The hotel has its' own gym, restaurants. Staff is very caring and gentle. I would like to thank staff of the hotel for finding solution for my complicated situation, specially Putri - reception specialist, she was very supportive and helpful! I will recommend everybody to stay at the hotel!

Sometimes Wi-Fi in the room was lagging.

The staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and the great grounds.

Old and dated venue. Bathrooms need to be renovated. Plumbing is a big problem. Breakfast was well below expected standard, we ate offsite for breakfast 4/5 days as the buffet offering was stale and or tasteless. The beach access is rubbish and this needs to be stated on the website. Simple things such as suppling 2 x towels per person, having decent coffee and offering fast free wifi would be great.

The bed had a large lump down the middle joining two mattresses . Staff seemed reluctant to serve you in the pool bar and restaurants, didn’t like making eye contact with you . Parents of young children didn’t like to stop them from screaming and jumping off the walls in the centre of the pool , no consideration for others using the pool

Overall good stay

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and was attentive to our needs with an infant. The room and the bathroom are very spacious in general, with a huge bed - the only safe spot from mosquitos. There are plenty of options for breakfast, the garden is beautiful.

Mosquitos, flies, fruitflies. The door to the room doesn't have a handle so you always have to lock it from outside as well, a small thing, but quite annoying to take the key with you everytime when you go out of the room and have to lock others in, otherwise the door will open slightly - letting the mosquitos in. The eurodance music by the pool is too much to listen to the whole day.

Nice,slient private beach,you can see in one day low and high tide as shown in my pictures,beautiful and very clean pool,perfect designed and well kept garden,good food and excellent,tasty breakfast,very big,clean and comfortable room,very good atmosphere with Balinese architecture and the temple inside the hotel,very kind and high class staff,very good location with markets and money exchange offices and you feel like in paradise.

Authentic vibes with great location

It’s location, being close to Bali collection, appropriate for families with children, great choice of restaurants and plenty of water activities. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

When raining heavily smells like a sewage but I think that’s a Balinese problem where vet you go. Also bit disappointed hat they didn’t want to relocate the BBQ grill as it was near the open pool bar are and whilst using the pool at times felt like swimming in a BBQ. Even the manager apparently investigated the concern nothing actually happened to prevent the smell going right into the pool area where most of the guest are swimming and spending their day.
